Departure from Ouarzazate in the Morning
The one-day excursion starts around 9 AM with a departure from Ouarzazate to the Skoura oasis. You will be picked up by your experienced driver/guide who will accompany you throughout this unique adventure.

In Skoura, our first stop will be the splendid Kasbah of Amridil. This perfectly preserved architectural gem will immerse you in the majestic history of the region. You will have the opportunity to admire its remarkable architecture and learn more about its heritage.
Discovery of the Valley of Roses
Next, we will continue our excursion towards the Valley of Roses, where you will be amazed by the blooming rose fields and their intoxicating scents. We can visit a local cooperative to discover the process of making rose-based products such as soap, perfume, and oil.
Meeting with the Nomads
After exploring the Valley of Roses, we will take a trail into the heart of the Atlas to meet Berber nomads who still live in caves. This will be an opportunity to understand their traditional way of life and share insights into their ancestral culture.
Lunch in the Dades Gorges
Next, we head to the Dades Gorges for a well-deserved lunch. We will enjoy a traditional meal in an enchanting setting, surrounded by the majestic cliffs of the gorges.
Walk in the Dades Gorges
After the meal, we will have time to explore the Dades Gorges on foot. We will follow winding paths along the river, admire the impressive rock formations, and soak in the natural beauty of this spectacular site.
Return to Ouarzazate
After exploring the Dades Gorges, we will head back to Ouarzazate via Boumalne, taking the opportunity to relax and admire the changing landscapes along the way.
Arrival in Ouarzazate
The one-day excursion from Ouarzazate will conclude with your return to Ouarzazate in the late afternoon. You will be able to reflect on the highlights of the day and consider your next adventure in this captivating region of Morocco.
